Hetty is surprisingly quiet and powerful with a two stage commercial grade motor, which means the motor has two suction fans instead of one. Her specialty is how quiet she sounds at only 47-49 decibels. That's quieter than a conversation between two people which averages 65 decibels! Equipped with a complete set of attachments, Hetty will clean your home or office from top to bottom. For carpet and floors, Hetty has a combination tool designed to delicately clean low pile carpet and with the flick of a lever a set of brushes extend out to clean bare floor. Also included is a set of attachments for above floor cleaning: dusting brush, crevice tool and upholstery tool with removable brush. You will notice a small adapter in the box which allows you to use the attachments on the end of the hose otherwise they fit directly on the stainless steel handle and extension wands.
