Feudo Principi di Butera Insolia IGP is made from carefully harvested grapes and subjected to soft pressing, the must undergoes fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature and is kept on the lees for a period of six months. It follows an aging of a few months in the bottle. It comes in pale, bright golden straw yellow with light green reflections in colour. It has rich, harmonious with delicate hints of sweet almond flavour. It should be served around 12 degree C. It is Ideal with the first vegetables with fish soups, shellfish and white meat. This wine contains 13 percent alcohol of it's volume.
